Sweet and Spicy Pulled Pork Wraps
For every 2 lbs of pork:
1 cup salsa
1 cup brown sugar
Place pork into crock-pot and cover meat with salsa and brown sugar. Let it cook until pork is "pull apart" tender. (all day)
Green sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 package ranch dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 cup fresh cilantro (or 1/4 tsp dried cilantro)
1 bottle of Herdez green salsa
add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place pulled pork into a tortilla and roll up. Pour green sauce over the tortilla and enjoy!
I adapted this recipe just a tad by using lettuce instead of tortillas to wrap my pork in (I don't eat tortillas). I got the idea after I put the pork on top of my lettuce salad and used the green sauce as the dressing. I love the lettuce wraps that you can order from Asian restaurants and so I made my own! SO goooood!
